2. How do I return an item?
1 - Write an email to info@gemini-official.com with the order number and reason for return.
2 - Make sure to include everything in the package including the bracelet, the black box, the flyer, a letter with the reason for return (or the email you wrote us),...
3 - Pack and ship your order to:

4 - Sit back and relax, we will process your return and contact you as soon as possible.
3. Return policy:
Only unworn products can be returned or exchanged with the exception of defective warranty Products. The shipping cost from the customer to Gemini are paid by the customer. The shipping cost from Gemini to the customer are paid by Gemini.
Within 10 days of receipt, the amount of the payed Products will be refunded.
Products purchased through the official Gemini retailers can only be returned and exchanged in the store where the Products are purchased.

Our mission was to give men elegant jewelry pieces that they could wear day in, day out.
We truly believed men's jewelry would one day become mainstream.
Our Story
Did you know that GEMINI is a true family brand? We are Arne & Michelle, two thirtysomethings who are living and working together with their two daughters.
We met eachother at a photoshoot for GEMINI almost 10 years ago. Ever since, we are inseparable and we still work together, day in, day out.
Michelle has been severly ill and she underwent a double lung transplantation in 2025. She is now one of the most important ambassadors for organ donation in Belgium.
That's why we take advantage of each day, and we live in the now. Our goal is to make a beautiful brand for men who love beautiful items. We hope we can make something that suits your style!

Our values are the foundation for everything that we do. From our founding we knew that we had to do everything a little bit differently if were to live up to our own standards.
Focus
We have always designed items for men, boys, fathers & sons. It's a small part of the jewelry market but for us, it's everything.
Quality
We carefully select our materials. From Italian nappa leather to stone from Norway or titanium from Japan. We don't want to be the cheapest, but the best.
Sustainable
The foundation of our company is that we give work to more than 50 people in different social workshops. For more than 10 years already.
Instead of giving a part of our profits to charity, we make sure that different projects are part of our company. Day in, day out!
