2. How do I return an item?
1 - Write an email to email@example.com with the order number and reason for return.
2 - Make sure to include everything in the package including the bracelet, the black box, the flyer, a letter with the reason for return (or the email you wrote us),...

3. Return policy:
Only unworn products can be returned or exchanged with the exception of defective warranty Products. The shipping cost from the customer to Gemini are paid by the customer. The shipping cost from Gemini to the customer are paid by Gemini.
Within 10 days of receipt, the amount of the payed Products will be refunded.
Products purchased through the official Gemini retailers can only be returned and exchanged in the store where the Products are purchased.
